Refunds & Returns

Our goal is to make returns and exchange fast, free*, and easy.

You are eligible to return you items for 60 days after you received the item. This applies only for products purchased on itskindofafunstory.com.

If you need to return the item, send an email to hearmeout@itskindofafunstory.com and we will send a prepaid shipping label* for you to ship your item to PO Box 408192, Chicago, IL, 60640, United States.

*If your return is coming from a location outside the US, we may subtract any shipping fees greater than $10 from your refund amount. This does not apply to manufacturer defect. In the case of manufacturer defect, we will pay the return shipping.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

A refund will be rejected if the product has obvious signs of damage caused by the buyer.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If your bank has verified that you have not received a refund within 10 business days of refund approval, feel free to reach out to us at hearmeout@itskindofafunstory.com.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged from the manufacturer. Items may only be exchanged for the same product.
